Our production also includes the manufacturing of elevators and hoppers. Their main task is the feeding of the bowl feeders. With the help of simple but effective systems, they increase the endurance of the feeder and reduce the intervention of operators, in order to reach a higher hourly production.	Both the elevators and the hoppers are composed of a conveyer belt with blades, which transports the different pieces to the bowl feeder, taking them from a bowl, which has a great capacity, placed in the lower part in order to make it easier for the operator to fill it. A level controller, placed in the bowl, makes the work of the elevators and hoppers start, when the level of pieces in the bowl has become too low. Our skilled technicians, thanks to their experience in this field, are able to design and manufacture many kinds of elevators and hoppers, according to the customer’s specifications, in order to make the assembling easier.	The choice of using elevators or hoppers and the decision about their dimensions, capacity and all the details that can make them as effective as possible, is made according to the characteristics of the pieces and to the customer’s specifications.
