Linear machines’ stations are disposed on a line, one after the other, and each is independent from the others.
The movement of the pallets, which are free, takes place thanks to conveyer belts and carriers, that enable every single pallet to reach the different stations, where, by means of blocking units, the manufacturing or the assembly takes place.

In relation to rotary table machines, linear machines are more accessible, flexible and quick and make it possible to work out much more complicated assemblies and therefore to raise the hourly production.

Every machine can contain different working units, according to the product it has to assemble.
Units include vision, control, welding, cutting and lubrication systems, feeding groups, hoppers and elevators.
