Our production of linear feeders includes electro magnetic vibrating feeders. Thanks to a system composed of springs and electromagnets, placed in the base, the feeder produces vibrations that are transmitted to the conduit, where the different pieces that have to be fed are placed. |
Each feeder is usually equipped with a speed controller, by means of which it is possible to control the vibration of the base. Normally, linear feeders have an upstream bowl feeder and are used to transport pieces from the bowl feeder and supply them to the unit in which they are used. Our skilled technicians, thanks to their experience in this field, are able to design and manufacture many kinds of conduits, according to the customer’s specifications, in order to make the assembling easier. |
The choice of the kind of linear feeder is fundamental. This choice is made according to the pieces and to the customer’s needs. According to the characteristics of the pieces, 5
different patterns are available. In order to ensure a better distribution of the weight and to make the most of the machines functions, adjustable counterbalances can be placed on the feeders.
