Our production of bowl feeders includes electromagnetic vibrating feeders. Thanks to a system composed of springs and electromagnets, placed in the base, the feeder produces vibrations that are transmitted to the bowl, where the different pieces that have to be fed are placed. Each feeder is usually equipped with a speed controller, by means of which it is possible to control the vibration of the base. |
Our skilled technicians, thanks to their experience in this field, are able to customize the bowls, in order to fit the customer’s specifications. Everyone of the 3 models is available in various dimensions and with various powers. The inside of the bowl is coated with special materials in order to reduce the possible noise and the level of wearing and to increase the feeding rate. In order to reduce the noise, the bowls are equipped with sound proofing that can be opened in two, to make it easier to change or clean the bowl.
